Food, GLORIOUS Food!

M's:

Okinawa soba with some sauteed yuchoy, negi and garlic with bibazu and togarashi.


Leftover sukiyaki over rice.


Pork cutlet with warm salad (roasted asparagus, garlic, carrots over greens)


Tomato sauce.

Artichokes - prepping for stuffing.

Stuffing mixture: mushrooms (minced), garlic, parsley, grated pecorino romano. salt pepper.


Steaming for 30 - 40 min over water and white wine.

YUMMY.
